This is a text file containing the code of the Stata statistical software (StataCorp. 2007; Stata Statistical Software: Release 9 and onwards. College Station, TX: StataCorp LP.) for fitting two-phase data. It can be accessed using any text processor but can only be executed within Stata. It should be saved under the name blogit_2P.ado.
